I recently went to my doctor for my annual exam.  Although nothing with my health or insurance changed, because it is a new year, they have you complete an annual questionnaire.  The questionnaire asks basic questions; address, DOB, and health insurance information…then proceeds to ask health questions.  One of these questions is “are you sexually active?” I wrote, “I wish!”
