With kids there are so many firsts.  The really important ones are unforgettable moments that you document.

First time they roll over; first time they sit up; first time they eat semi-solid food; first time they sleep through the night (definitely remember this one); first word; first time they crawl; first step…and for me right now, the first time Savanna went poop in the big toilet.  This happened tonight!  These days, she is wearing panties and is good at telling me when she has to go potty, but this is only pee.  Tonight though, a huge feat…she told me she had to poop and wanted to go in the potty.  She did it!!!  Some of you parents can probably relate to how big of a deal this is!  Now the trick will be repetition and consistency in this act.  One mom (me), can only hope!
